This Indenture made and entered into this July 9th AD 1877 between Addie M^c
Ilvaine and her husband William B. M^cIlvaine parties of the first part and J. Samuel
Dupuis party of the Second part, witnesseth that the parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of Twenty five hundred dollars to them paid
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained and Sold
& by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey to the party of the Second part
all that certain tract or parcel of land lying & situate in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and known and described as follows to wit: the E1/2 of the

Range 18 East Situated on the NW Side of Townsend Branch (erroneously
described as "Lawtons Branch" in the deed of J.L.F. Cotrell & T.P. Chairs
trustees to the said Addie M^cIlvaine of said land dated July 2^d 1877)
Containing three hundred & eleven 44/100 acres more or less: Also the NE1/4
of the NW1/4 of sec 28 & the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 & the NW1/4 of the SW1/4
& the W1/2 of the SE1/4 & NE1/4 & NW1/4 & SW1/4 of the SW1/4 & W1/2 of the
NW1/4 & the E1/2 of the NE1/4 of Sect 15 T7 S of R18 East Containing
