This Indenture made the tenth day of April Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and seventy seven, between Archibald H. Cole of the town of
Orange Mills County of Putnam and State of Florida widower
party of the first part, and Lilly Paschall wife of Eaton O. Paschall
of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five Dol-
lars, to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened,
bargained, sold transferred and do by these presents give, grant, alien,
bargain, sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part
and to her administrators heirs and assigns, forever, all these certain
Lots, Tracts or Parcels of Land, situate, lying and being in the said town of
Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
on the official Map or plat of said town as resurveyed and remapped
by P.W. Oscar Koerner as Lots numbered, Five (5) and six (6) in Block
numbered Four (4), which said Lots each measure Thirty-three feet (33) in
width, and together have have a frontage of sixty six feet (66) on Sparkman
Street which bounds them on the North West, and extend seventy five feet
(75) in depth to Broad Street which bounds them on the South East
(Lots 5 & 6 Block 4 Town of Waldo)
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate, right, title interest
property claim and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity of
the said party of the first part, of in and to the same, with the appurtenan
ces.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part, and to
her administrators heirs and assigns, as their absolute property in fee simple
forever. And the said Archibald H. Cole for himself and for all others claim-
ing by, through or under him does covenant and agree that he is seized in
fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above
premises, by deed from the Trusties of the Florida Rail Road Company bearing
date of June 12, 1867 and that he has conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by himself and that the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above descri-
bed premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming by 
through or under him the said party of the first part,
