This Indenture made the Seventh day of June Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Seven between Archibald H. Cole (unmarried} of the
town of Orange Mills County of Putnam and State of Florida party of the
first part, and George W. Sparkman of the town of Waldo County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the Second part: Witnesseth: that the
Said party of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
Eighty Dollars to him in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened,
bargained, Sold, transferred and, do by these presents give, grant, alien,
bargain, Sell, transfer and convey, unto the Said party of the Second part
and to his administrators heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain Lot
Tract or Parcel of Land, Situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described on the official
map of said town as Lot Numbered one in Block twenty two, which
said lot has a frontage and measures Fifty two and eight tenths feet
on Weeks Street which bounds it on the South East, and also has a
frontage and measures one hundred feet on Cole Street which bounds
it on the North West. (Lot 1, Block 22, Waldo)
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, property
claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity, of the Said
party of the first part, of, in and to the Same, with the appurtenances.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises, with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the Said party of the Second part, and to his
heirs and assigns, as their absolute property in fee Simple forever,
And the Said Archibald H. Cole for himself and for all others
claiming by, through, or under him does covenant and agree that
he is seized in fee Simple of a good and indefensable estate in and
to the above premises by deed from Trustees of the Florida Rail
Road Company bearing date of June 12, 1867, and that he has
conveyed the Same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description created by himself
and that the said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises again
st all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or under
him the Said party of the first Part.

unto affixed his hand and Seal, this the day and year above
