ted, constituted and appointed and by these presents do hereby
nominate constitute and appoint James E. Ramsey of Campbell
County in the State of Georgia my true and lawful attorney in fact
for me and in my name to receive and receipt for all Sums of Money
due me from the estate of Moses Ramsey and Washington Ramsey
both deceased late of Alachua County in the State of Florida United States of
America and to do and perform all acts necessary in the premises
as fully and absolutely as I might or could do if personally present
acting for myself hereby confirming and ratifying all his acts
absolutely and unreservedly as if personally present.
