The State of Louisiana }
Parish of Jackson      } Know all men by these presents that I, Julia
F. Brown formerly Julia F. Ramsey now the wife of B.H. Brown
both of the Parish and State aforesaid being herein authorized aid-
ed and assisted by her Said husband B.H. Brown, does by these
presents hereby nominate constitute and appoint James E. Ram-
Sey, a resident of Campbell County in the State of Georgia my true
and lawful agent and attorney in fact for me in and my name
to collect and receive all moneys due me in the State of Florida
from the Estate of Moses Ramsey deceased of said State of Flor-
ida and to do and perform all necessary acts in the premises as
fully and absolutely as I might or could do if personally present
acting for myself.
This done and Signed in Parish and State aforesaid in
presence of the Subscribing witnesses of lawful age and domi-
cil. This the Ninth day of May AD 1877
