Know all men by these presents that the undersigned grand chil-
dren of Moses Ramsey decd late of Alachua County and State of Florida
and being his heirs at Law and entitled to a portion of his estate
of which he died Seized & possessed to wit: James E. Ramsey of the
State of Georgia in my right and by the right of a power of
Attorney given me and in my possession by E.W. Ramsey and
Julia F. Brown formerly Julia F. Ramsey of the State of Louisiana
and N.I.C. Henderson formerly N.I.C. Ramsey and J.T. Hender-
Son her husband residents of the State of Georgia for and In
consideration of Four Hundred ($400/00) Dollars to us in hand
paid by David G. Harvard of Alachua County and State of Florida
have granted bargained and Sold and by these presents do
grant bargain and Sell and convey unto the said David G.
Harvard all our right, interest, title and claim either in Law
or Equity which we are or may be entitled on the personal and
Real Estate of the late Moses Ramsey decd now or hereafter to come
into the hands of his administrator or administrators and all right
title interest and claim in the following real estate to wit in section
Twenty one (21) and all of North west half half of Section twenty
Eight (28) not heretofore conveyed Situate in township ten & Range
Nineteen in Alachua County Florida which was in the 
possession of Moses Ramsey at the time of his death, also all
our right title and interest in the real and personal estate
of the Late George W. Ramsey decd, to which we may be entitled
in Sec 22, T11, R19E.
To Have and to Hold unto the said David G. Harvard his heirs exec-
utors administrators and assigns all of the foregoing described
property and whatever other property real or personal which we
are entitled to in the Estate of Moses Ramsey decd or in the Estate
of Geo W. Ramsey decd
