Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that I Thomas
E. Haile of the aforesaid County and State for and consideration of
the natural love and affection which I have for my wife Esther
Serena Haile have granted bargained aliened given bequeathed and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain alien give bequeath
and convey unto her the said Esther Serena Haile all that certain
piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in the Arredondo
Grant in Alachua County Florida known and described as the east
half of Section Nineteen (19) and the west half of Section Twenty
all in Township Ten 10 South Range Nineteen (19) East containing
in all Six hundred and forty acres more or less together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining
  To have and to hold the same to her the said Esther Serena
Haile and to her heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple forever
  In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
my seal on this the 3rd day of July A.D. 1875
