Alachua County   } Before me a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County Personally came the within named Fannie W. 
Campbell and R.W. Campbell to me well known and acknowl
edged they executed the within Deed of Conveyance for the
within specified purposes; and upon a separate examination
apart from her husband the within Named Fannie W. Campbell
acknowledged she signed the same freely and voluntarily and
without fear of or from her said husband.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that we
Mary Jane Brown (formerly Mary Jane Turner before mar
riage) and Jackson Brown her husband for and in
consideration of the sum of twenty five Dollars to me the
said Mary Jane Brown cash in hand paid before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge, have granted bargained sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, seal con-
vey and forever quit claim unto John W. Turner of Alachua
County Florida, all the right, title interest claim or demand
whatsoever either at law or in Equity that I the said Mary
Jane Brown am now or may hereafter be entitled to in that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being situated in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida in the "Arredondo
Grant" known and distinguished upon the maps or plats of
said Arredondo Grant made by Mess Burr & Washington
as Fractional section Thirteen (13) in township ten (10) South
of Range Nineteen (19) East containing two hundred and
seven 18/100 (207 18/100) acres of land more or less which said 
piece of land is more particularly described as follows, begin
ing at the North East corner of said Fractional Section
thirteen (13) and running in a westerly course Seventy nine
chains (79) and Eighty eight (88) links to North west corner of
said section, thence Southerly Forty one (41) chains and fifty
five (55) Links to the line of "Gary's Grant," thence North
Forty three (43°) Degrees East Twenty three (23) Chains and fourteen
(14) links to land of Thomas Napier, thence North Eighty four
and three fourths (84 3/4°) Degrees East sixty three (63) sixty
chains and seventy (70) links to township link and thence
northerly along township line Twenty (20) chains and
sixty-one (61) links to place of beginning.
The intention of this deed is to convey unto him the said
John W. Turner all of the interest or claim whatsoever of me
the said Mary Jane Brown in and to said Fractional section
