                     County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into this Fourth
                     day of February A.D. 1876 Between George W. Witte and Rosa G. Witte his
                     wife and Armin T. Witte and Ida B. Witte his wife of Charleston
                     South Carolina are parties of the first part and Charles H. Crisman
                     of Micanopy Florida is party of the second part.   Witnesseth that

                     for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred Dollars^the
                     said parties of the first part in hand paid by the said party of
                     the second part at the time of the execution and delivery of this
                     Indenture the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
                                                                            hereby
                     parties of the first part have bargained and sold and doth^convey
                     unto the said party of the second part all the right title and interest
                     that the said parties of the first have acquired and held by virtue
                     of Deed from the United States Marshall executed and delivered to
                     them on the Seventh day of May A.D. 1875 to have and to hold to them
                     benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs
                     executors or assigns in fee simple forever all that certain lot or
                     parcel of land situate and laying in the Village of Micanopy and
                     State of Florida and Known as lot three Range Two Township
                     three of the lands of Joel B. Smith laying in the Village of Micanopy
                     in the State of Florida with all and singular the rights improvements
                     and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining in
                     testimony whereof the said parties of the first part hath hereunto set

  by Geo W           for the State of Florida in the State of South Carolina do hereby certify
    and A.F.         that Mrs Rosa G. Witte wife of Geo W. Witte, and Ida B. Witte wife of
      Witt           Armin F. Witte all of the City of Charleston South Carolina have been
                     by me this day examined Separately and apart from their Respective
                     husbands and they do each one declare upon such examination that
                     that have joined in the execution and delivery of the foregoing Indenture
                     for the purposes therein stated of their own free will and accord and
                     without fear apprehension or compulsion of or from their said husband
                     in Witness whereof they have hereunto Respectively set their hands and
