County and City of Charleston } On this the Fourth day of February 1876 before
me V.J. Tobias a Commissioner duly appointed and authorized by the
executive authority and under the laws of the State of Florida to take
within the State of South Carolina proof and acknowledgement of
deeds and other instruments to be used and recorded in said 
State of Florida personally appeared Geo W. Witte and Rosa G. Witte his
wife Armin F. Witte and Ida B. Witte his wife to me known to
be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument
and acknowledgement the execution thereof to be their free act and deed
Respectively for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
                       In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my official seal at Charleston aforesaid this fourth day
of February 1876.

Know all men by these presents that we Wm H. Lackey & Rebeca E. Lackey
his wife and H.A. Lackey & S.M. Lackey his wife of the County and State
aforesaid in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Dollars have granted bargained
sold and released to John T. Wilson & Isaac P. Flagler a tract or parcel
of land lying & situated in Alachua County State of Florida containing
one acre more or less the same being a fractional portion of the
North half of Section Thirty one Township nine Range twenty East bounded
on the East by Bailey land on the S by lot owned by S.W. Wilson and
on NW by land owned by W.H. & H.A. Lackey together with all and
singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to
the sd premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining
to have and to hold all & singular the premises before mentioned unto
the sd John T. Wilson & Isaac P. Flagler their heirs or assigns forever
