the said parties of the second part their heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And that
they will at any and all times, make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said parties
of the second part as they the said parties of the second part

   This Indenture made and entered into this Twenty Eight day of
July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Six between M.G. Hall of the town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and Mrs Mary E. Paschall of the town
of Waldo State and County Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid lawful money of the United States
by the party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained and sold by these presents doth bargain and sell
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and
assigns forever all that tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the Town of Waldo County and State aforesaid and
more particularly known and described Stated on the Town
plat as lot Four (4) in Block Six (6) Together with all
and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
Belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions
and remainders Rents Issues and profits Thereof and
also all the estate Rights title Interest Claim or demand
whatsoever of him the said party of the first part Either
in law or in Equity of in and to the above described
bargained premises and every part and parcel thereof. To
have and to hold to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to the sole use and only proper use Benefit
and behoof of the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns forever.  In witness whereof I have hereunto
