the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming by, through or under them the said parties

A. Swann and Martha R. Swann on this tenth day of August
AD 1876 who severally acknowledged that they executed the
foregoing deed:  And I further certify that the said Martha R.
Swann being at the time separate and apart from her said
husband did acknowledge under her hand and seal that she
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance to Robert W. Campbell
and that she joined in the said deed for the purposes of
relinquishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower, in
and to the premises described therein and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of dower was and is made freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion or constraint, apprehension or 
fear of or from her said husband the said Samuel A. Swann

     This Indenture made the tenth day of August Anno Domini Eighteen
hundred and Seventy Six between August Seydell and Adolf Seydell
of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida com***
ity firm of A. Seydell & Bro and Emma wife of August parties of the first
part and Robert W. Campbell of the town of Waldo, County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part: Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of one hundred and
thirty five Dollars to them in hand paid to the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened, bargained, sold, transferred and by these
presents, give, grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey
unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs Executors
administrators and assigns forever all that certain lot tract 
or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
in the official map of said Town as lot number Two in
