Block Number Four according to the survey and plat map
by P.W.O. Koerner which said lot fronts thirty seven feet and six
inches on Oak Street which bounds it on the North East and Sixty
Six feet on Sparkman Street which bounds it on the North West
                 Lot 2 Block 4
  Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, and also all the estate right title 
interest dower and right of dower, property claim and demand
whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same with the appurtenances.  To have and to
hold the above described premises with the appurtenances thereunto belonging
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs executors administrators
and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple forever and the 
said parties of the first part for themselves and for all others claiming
by through or under them do covenant and agree that they are seized
in fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above premises
by deed from the trustee of the Florida Rail Road & bearing date July
12 AD 1872 and that they have conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and
description created by themselves and that the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming by through or under them the said parties of the
first part.  In testimony whereof the said parties of the first part
have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this the day and year
above written

  Nassau County    } Be it known that before me, personally appeared
Adol Seydel and August Sydel and Emma wife of August Seydell on
this tenth day of August AD 1876 who severally acknowledged that
they executed the foregoing deed; And I further certify that the
said Emma Seydel wife of August Seydel being at the time separate
and apart from her said husband did acknowledge under her
hand and seal that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
to Robert W. Campbell and that she joined in said deed for the purpose
of relinquishing and renouncing all dower or right of dower in and
to the premises described therein and that said relinquishment and
renunciation of dower was and is made freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion or constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her husband the said August Seydel
