County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that this Indenture
made in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
five between Wallace W. Mott and his wife Ann Mott the party of the
first part and Eli Futch the party of the second part all of the State
and County aforesaid Witnesseth that the aforesaid party of the first
part have for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and
Seventy five dollars the in hand paid the receipt whereof being
duly acknowledged hath bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents doth bargain sell and convey unto the aforesaid
party of the second part his heirs and assigns all of that
certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the aforesaid
State and County known and described as the South West quarter
of North East quarter of Section twenty eight Township Seven
South Range Nineteen East containing Forty 15/100 acres to have
and to hold unto the aforesaid Eli Futch his heirs and assigns
for ever and against himself his heirs and assigns and all
other persons whomsoever to have and to hold together with
everything thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining
Provided nevertheless there being a certain promissory note
bearing even date with this deed of conveyance against the
aforesaid Wallace W. Mott and his wife Ann Mott and in favor
of the aforesaid Eli Futch in the sum of ($17500) one hundred
and seventy five Dollars the sum of which the bill of conveyance is
made surety and if the aforesaid Wallace W. Mott and his wife
Ann Mott shall pay or cause to be paid the aforesaid sum of
one hundred & seventy five dollars unto the aforesaid Eli Futch
by the first day of January AD 1877 then shall the bill of conveyance
be void and of none affect otherwise it shall remain in full
