Alachua County   } This Indenture made this first day of April
one thousand eight hundred and seventy five between Thomas J. May &
his wife Cynthia May, Malchas M. May, & his wife Jane E. May Reuben
May and his wife Eliza J. May Ivin Holder and his wife Priscilla 
Holder James E.W. Markey & his wife Martha M. Markey, the party of the
first part and William T. May of the second part all of the State and 
County aforesaid Witnesseth That the aforesaid party of the first part
for & in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to them in
hand paid have bargained sold & conveyed & by these presents do hereby
bargain sell & convey unto the aforesaid William T. May party of the second
part all & singular their interest & claim in the certain tract of land
belonging to the Estate of William May of the aforesaid State & County Duly
lying & being in the aforesaid State & County known & described as the West
half of North West quarter & North East quarter of North west quarter of Section
(29) twenty nine Township (9) nine South seven (7) south of Range (19) nineteen
East containing 120 acres together in all appurtenances & everything thereto ap-
pertaining. To have & to hold to the said William T. May his heirs & assigns forever in
fee simple & against them & their heirs & assigns In witness whereof they have
