County of Alachua } This Indenture made this Twenty-Fifth day
our Lord one thousand eight hundred & Seventy five By & Between
C.J. Waits of the first part and Jno W. Zinn of 2nd part
            the said C.J. Waits
Witnesseth that^for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
and & Thirty dollars her in hand paid has sold and conveyed unto
said Jno Zinn his heirs and assigns forever a certain piece or
parcel of land known and described as her property and situated
as follows Viz   Beginning at the center of Gin house near the place 
of D.N.N. Johnson & extending from center of said Gin house a 
sufficient distance each way, the amount of two acres the aggregate
amt of entire lot being Two entire acres no more no less
And further said C.J. Waits hereby agrees to warrant &
defend said Jno W. Zinn his heirs & assigns in the quiet
and peaceable possession of same forever in Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands & seal this Jan 25" 1875

Alachua County   } Before the subscriber a Justice of the
peace personally came Mrs C.J. Waits and Calvin Waits
her husband who acknowledges signing the within deed
of conveyance for the purposes therein expressed
              In witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand & seal this 25" day of January AD 1875

Alachua County   } Whereas by certain order of the Hon William
Edwards Jude of the County Court for Alachua County Florida one
dated on the twelfth day of January AD 1870 and the other dated
on the Sixteenth day of November AD 1870 J. Cosmo O. Bailey
administrator of the estate of James B. Bailey deceased was duly
empowered and authorized to sell certain Real Estate in said
                                             to be
petition and orders described and within after^described
and to make good and valid titles to the same as administrator
as aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by James of the
aforesaid County and State at and before the signing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof I do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold
