seal property belonging to said estate to wit commencing at
a stake, distance from the south east corner of Verdins lot

the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and
Benjamin Byron Ewing of the Yazoo and State of Mississippi party of
the second part   Witnesseth  That the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred Dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part advanced
