right of Dower property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the parties of the
first part of in and to the same and every part and 
parcel thereof with the appurtenances  To have and to hold
the aforesaid bargained premises together with all and singular
the rights members tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to his own sole and proper use benefit
and behoof in Fee Simple.  And the said party of the first
part for his heirs executors and administrators do hereby
covenant with said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns that she is lawfully seized of said premises
as of Fee and has good and lawful right to sell and convey
the same and that she will and her heirs executors and
administrators shall forever warrant and defend the title
to said premises unto the said Benjamin Byron Ewing
of the second part his heirs and assigns against the
claims of any and all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same.  In testimony whereof the party of the
first part has hereunto set her hand and affixed her
seal the day and date first above written

Alachua County      }

being at the time separate and apart from her husband
did there and then make and execute the foregoing
acknowledgement her name being with her own hand
subscribed and her seal affixed in my presence

Catherine Gay to me well known and acknowledged that
she executed the foregoing Deed for the purposes therein contained
expressed whereupon it is prayed that the same may be recorded
