This Indenture made and entered into on this the twenty fourth
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred
and Seventy Six between the Florida Town Improvement Company a
body corporate by the laws of the State of Florida party of the first
part and R.W. Campbell party of the second part Witnesseth
that the said party of the first have for and in consideration of
Seventy Dollars 00/100 ($70.00) to it in hand paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
given granted aliened, bargained, sold, transferred, conveyed and
confirmed; and does by these presents give grant, alien bargain
sell transfer, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain lot
or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the town of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida and better and more
fully known and described in the plat of said town as lot
number Two in Block number Six (L2B6)
To have and to hold the above described premises together with
all and singular the rights and privileges immunities easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns as
his absolute property in fee simple forever, and the said
Florida Town Improvement Company for itself and assigns
and for all others claiming by through or under it does
covenant and agree that at the time of the execution and
delivery of these presents the said Company is seized of a
good and indefeasible fee simple to the above premises, and
has good right to convey the same as it has conveyed the
same free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description, and that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably and may at all times hereafter have use
occupy possess and enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming the same. And that
it will at any and all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said party
of the second part as he the said party of the second part his
heirs or assigns or counsel learned in the law may require
