This Indenture made the sixteenth day of August Anno Domini
Eighteen hundred and Seventy Six between Henry E. Dotterer of the city
of Fernandina County of Nassau and State of Florida and Emma
Dotterer his wife parties of the first part, and Fannie W. Campbell
of the Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part. Witnesseth That the said parties of
the first part have for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and seventy five Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
given granted aliened, bargained sold transferred and do by
by these presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and
convey unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
Executors administrators and assigns forever all those certain
lots Tracts or Parcels of Land Situate lying and being in the
Town of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida and
known and described on the official map of said Town as
lots numbered three and Four in Block number Eight
which said two lots of land have together a Frontage of
Sixty six feet on Sparkman St which bounds them on the
South East and Extends Seventy five feet to Kennard Street
which bounds them on the North West and in which said Kennard
Street which bounds them on the North West they have together a
Frontage of Sixty Six feet (Lots 3&4 Block 8)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the estate, right
title, interest dower and right of dower, property claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in Equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the same with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises with the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs Executors administrators and assigns as their absolute property
in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves and for all other claiming by through or under them do
covenant and agree that they are seized in fee simple of a good and
indefeasible estate in and to the above premises by deed from
bearing date and that they have conveyed the same
free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description created by themselves and that the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all person
whatsoever lawfully claiming by through or under them the said
parties of the first part
