me a Judicial officer of the State of Florida the above named Fannie
W. Campbell to me well know as the wife of Robert W. Campbell
and as one of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
deed for the of conveyance who being at the time separate and apart
from her husband the said Robert W. Campbell did then and there
make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name 
being with her own hand subscribed and seal affixed in my 
presence

  This Indenture made the twenty fifth day of August in the year
of our Lord one thousand eighty hundred and seventy six between
Sarah E. Raulerson of the County of Alachua & State of Florida of the
first part and E.W. Chadwick of the County of Vigo and State
of Indiana of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Twelve Hundred
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
have granted bargained sold, aliened, remised released, conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain 
sell, alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain parcel or tract of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida and
more particularly known and described on the public maps
as the north west quarter (NW1/4) of the South East quarter
