Know all men by these presents that we H.A. Lackey and his wife S.M.
Lackey & Wm H. Lackey & his wife Rebecca E. Lackey of the County and
State aforesaid in consideration of the sum of Eleven Dollars have granted
bargained sold and released to S.M. Wilson a tract or parcel of land
lying & situated in Alachua Co State of Florida containing two acres
the same being a fractional portion of the North half of Section Thirty
one Township nine Range twenty East the line beginning one hundred
& Forty yards North of the Stake now taken, to be the South East corner
of the North half of sd Section & running west Seventy yards
thence North one hundred & Forty yards to the beginning together with all
and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances
to the sd premises belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining
to have and to hold All and singular the premises before
unto the sd S.W. Wilson his heirs or assigns forever

County of Alachua } Know all men to whom these shall come that
on this day before me R.F. Taylor a Notary public in and for sd
State and County personally appeared Mrs S.M. Lackey, & Rebecca
E. Lackey wife of H.A. & W.H. Lackey, the granters in the foregoing
deed of conveyance who being first duly questioned and examined
by me separate & apart from their sd husbands says and
acknowledged before me that they signed the foregoing deed of
conveyance for the purpose of releasing & relinquishing their
right of dower in the lands and premises in sd deed particularly
described and that sd relinquishment and renunciation of
dower was made by them freely & voluntarily & without any
compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from their sd
husbands
