State of Florida} Whereas by virtue of an order issued by W.K. Cessna
Judge of the County Court and ex officio Judge of Probate in and
for said County to Cosmo O. Bailey as Administrator of the Estate
of James B. Bailey authorizing & requiring him to sell certain of
the lands belonging to said Estate to pay certain debts due &
owing by said estate & appointing J.C. Gardner as Commissioner
for the sale of said lands after advertising the same for sale for the
space of thirty days & whereas J.C. Gardner as such Commissioner did
advertise said lands in accordance with said order & in accordance
with the statute in such cases made and provided & to wit on the
7th day of February AD 1876 did proceed to sell the same before the Court
House door in said County within the legal hours of sale & whereas
Frances A. Pardee became the highest & best bidder for the NE1/4 of
section 29 township 9 S of Range 20 E being one hundred & sixty
acres at the price of 40ยข per acre.
Now Know all men by these presents that I, J.C. Gardner as
Commissioner as aforesaid of said State & County for and in consid |
