suit trouble molestation erection or disturbance of the said party
of the first part heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same And that the same are
now free, clear, discharged, and unencumbered of and from all former
and other grants titles charges estates judgements taxes assessments and
encumbrances of what nature and kind soever.
And the said party of the first part for herself and her heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns against the said
party of the first part and her heirs and against all and every person
or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and
will warrant and by these presents forever defend.
    In Witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
set her hand and seal the day and year first above written.

Mrs Ella F. Bryan to me well known as the person described
in and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance and acknowledged
that she executed the same for the purpose therein expressed whereupon 
it is prayed that the same may be recorded

   This Indenture made the twelfth day of May in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Six Between Abraham
Freedenburg of Cornwall Orange County New York and Catherine F. his 
wife parties of the first part and Joseph W. Coburn of the City of Boston
County of Suffolk and State of Massachusetts of the second part Witness
that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the
sum of Six hundred Dollars to them duly paid before the delivery
hereof have bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever All that certain tract and parcel of land and
premises situate lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida commencing at
a Stake Thirty feet East of the South East corner of lot Block six
(6) Range Six (6) in the Town of Gainesville thence along the
line dividing T. Ingrams farm land belonging to the Town 
of Gainesville Five hundred and Sixty feet (560) thence South
Four hundred and Thirty feet (430) thence west Five hundred
and Sixty six feet (566) thence north Four hundred and thirty
