feet (430) to the point or place of beginning also all that other tract
of land and premises situate lying and being in the Town County and
State aforesaid being known and distinguished as Block (2) bounded on
the West by the Street running direct to depot on the South by street running
East and West on the Easterly Street running North and South on the North
by line boundary the land of T. Ingram and lots of the town of Gainesville
containing Two hundred feet more or less and the said herein first described
tract containing Five acres more or less with the appurtenances and all
the estate right title and interest dower right and title of dower of the
said parties of the first part therein. And the said parties of the first part
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said parties of the second
part that at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the first
part now are the lawful owners of the premises above granted and
seized thereof in fee simple absolute and that they will warrant
and defend the said premises in the quiet and peaceable possession
of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever

came Abraham Freedenburg and Catherine F. his wife to me personally
known to be the individuals described in and who executed the foregoing
instrument and who severally acknowledged that they executed the same
And the said Catherine F. Freedenburg wife of the said Abraham Freedenburg
being by me privately examined separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged to me that she voluntarily and freely executed
the same and deed without any fear ****** apprehension or 
compulsion of her said husband the contents of said deed having
been by me first made known to her.
  In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
13th day of May AD 1876

name is subscribed to the certificate of the proof or acknowledgement of the annexed
instrument and thereon written was at the time of taking such proof or
acknowledgement a notary public in and for the City and County of New York
dwelling in the same City commissioned and sworn and duly authorized
to take the same And further that I am well acquainted with the
handwriting of such notary and verily believe that the signature to the
said certificate of proof or acknowledgement is genuine. I
