bargain sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid
And that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall and
may at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use and
occupy possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances without any law
suit trouble molestation eviction or disturbance of the said parties
of the first part their heirs or assigns or of any other person or
persons, lawfully claiming or to claim the same, And that the same
now are free clear discharged and unencumbered of and from all
former and other grants titles charges estates judgements taxes
assessments and encumbrances of what nature and kind soever
And that said Catherine Gay and A. Gay husband of said Catherine
for themselves and their heirs the above described and hereby granted
and released premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs
and assigns against all and every person or persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will warrant
and by these presents forever defend

personally appeared before me a Judicial officer of the State of Florida
the above named Catherine Gay to me well known as the wife
of A. Gay and as one of the persons described in and who executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance who being at the time separate and
apart from her husband the said A. Gay did then and there
acknowledge that she did make herself a party to and executed
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the purpose of conveying her
separate estate in and to the lands in said conveyance described
and granted and that she made herself a party to and executed
the same freely and without any fear or compulsion of her
said husband the said A. Gay
