in the State aforesaid do hereby certify that George A. Mariner who is personally
known to me to be the real person whose name is subscribed to the within quit-
claim deed as having executed the same appeared before me this day in person
and acknowledged that he signed Sealed and delivered the said instrument of
writing as his free and voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein set forth
and thereby conveyed all his right title and interest in and to the premises described
in said instrument and expressly waived and released all right title and benefit of
exemption under any and all Homestead Exemption Laws so called of said State of
Florida and hereby certify that the foregoing instrument is acknowledged and

State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that We James
Alachua County   } M. Sparkman and his wife Sinai Sparkman of the
aforesaid County and State, for and in consideration of the sum of one
hundred & fifty dollars to us in hand paid by James H. Lincoln of the
County of Bristol in the State of Massachusetts the receipt whereof we do
hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain Sell and convey unto him the said James H.
Lincoln all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Commencing at a Stake on the Northern
boundary line of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty one (21) East which Stake Stands Six hundred and Sixty (660)
