                                "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that We James M. Sparkman
Alachua County   } and his wife Sinai Sparkman of the aforesaid County 
and State for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred & fifty dollars 
to us in hand paid by George H. Douglas of the County of Bristol in the 
State of Massachusetts the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge 
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant 
bargain sell and convey unto him the said George H. Douglas all of that 
Certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the 
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and 
described as follows to wit: Commencing at a Stake on the Northern boundary 
line of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty one (21) East which Stake Stands Seven hundred and Seventy (770)
Yards West from the North East Corner of said Section thence from Said 
Stake run West one hundred and ten (110) Yards, thence South Four hundred 
and forty (440) Yards thence East one hundred and ten (110) Yards, thence 
North Four hundred and forty (440) yards to the place of beginning. Containing 
Ten (10) acres of land more or less the same being a portion of the North 
half of the North East quarter of said Section Seventeen (17) in township 
Nine (9) South of Range Twenty one East containing by Estimation Ten (10)
acres of land more or less Together with all and Singular the tenements 
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise 
appertaining. To Have and Hold the same unto him the said George H. 
Douglas and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
