          Milton S. Whiteside To Clinton H. Walworth
                             "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Milton S. Whiteside of the afore=
Alachua County   } said County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Three
hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by Clinton H. Walworth of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof, I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said Clinton H. Walworth all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel
of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida, particularly known and described as follows, to wit: The North one
half of the east half of the South West quarter of the North east quarter of
Section Twelve (12) Township nine (9) South range Twenty (20) East (It is
agreed between the parties to this deed that a strip twenty five feet wide across
the North end of said described lot shall be exclusively and perpetually
reserved and use for road purposes and it is further agreed that in the
event of their being any traffic in spirituous or malt liquors by sale gift or
otherwise by the said party of the second part or his heirs or assigns on
said described lot of land or in the event of any or all of the piece being
sold or in any way transferred to any colored person or persons then and in
such an event or events the said described and conveyed land to the said
party of the first part and become again his absolute property) containing
by estimation Ten acres of land more or less. Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have and To Hold the same unto him the said
Clinton H. Walworth and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever. And I the said Milton S. Whiteside do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said Clinton H. Walworth that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that I will and
my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and
defend the same unto him the said Clinton H. Walworth and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal on this 30th day of April AD 1881
