conveyance for the uses and purposes herein contained and expressed.

     P.H. Young and Wife To Dr N.D. Phillips
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That We P.H. Young and Kate R. Young of
Alachua County   } the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of
Seventy five dollars to us in hand paid by Dr N.D. Phillips of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto him
the Dr N.D. Phillips all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The North half of the South West Quarter of Block Number Seventeen
in the South half of Section Thirty Two (32) in Township Nine (9) South Range Twenty
(20) East according to a map of said South half of said Section Thirty Two (32) drawn by
Wm C. Miller and Recorded May 13th 1878 in Deed Book "K" at page 203 of the public
records of said County said Lot hereby conveyed containing by estimation 1 1/4 acres
of land, more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and
Hold the same unto him the said Dr N.D. Phillips and to his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and we the
said P.H. Young and Kate R. Young do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Dr N.D. Phillips that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property
herein and hereby conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him the said Dr N.D. Phillips
and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or 
hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and affixed our seals on this 27th day of March AD 1882
