        William A. Colclough to Horace Tarbox
                           Deed
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I William A. Colclough
Alachua County   } Widower of Alachua County Florida for and in consideration of the
sum of Five Hundred dollars to me cash in hand paid by Horace Tarbox of
Alachua County Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted
bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell alien and convey unto him the said Horace Tarbox the following described
land Situate lying and being in the county of Marion in the State of
Florida more particularly described and known as follows to wit: the South
East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Ten (10) and the South west quarter
of the south west quarter of Section Eleven (11) in Township Twelve (12) South
of Range Twenty two (22) East containing Seventy nine 97/100 acres more or
less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur=
tenancies to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To have and 
to hold the said Horace Tarbox and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever = And I the said William
A. Colclough do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Horace
Tarbox that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property hereby and
herein conveyed and that I have good lawful and perfect right to sell and
convey the same that the same is free and clear from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same to the said Horace
Tarbox and to his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims and demands 
of any and all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and affixed my seal on this 29th day of March AD 1882
