hand paid hath granted bargained and sold and do by these presents grant
bargain sell convey and confirm unto him the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns the following described property to wit: An undivided one-
half interest in all that lot tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida and described as
follows to wit: Section Eight (8) Township Eleven (11) Range Nineteen (19) East
containing Six hundred Forty (640) acres of land more or less Together with all and
singular the rights tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining To have and to hold the above described premises unto the party of
the second part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever in
fee simple absolute against the lawful claim or claims of all & every person
claiming by through or under us the said parties of the first part or either of us

Mrs M.J. Dickenson wife of W.A. Dickenson the grantor herein who after
being duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from
her husband acknowledged that she executed the above deed Jointly with
her said husband for the purpose or relinquishing and renouncing all
of her Dower and right of Dower in and to the lands in said deed described
freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension 
or fear of or from her said husband
