sold and conveyed and by these presents does so give grant bargain
sell and convey to the party of the second part the following described parcel
of land to wit: Commencing on the Southern boundary line of Section Thirty two
of Township Eleven of Range Twenty one at a point thirty three chains and
seventeen links from the south west corner of said Section & running thence
East along said Section line eighteen chains to a Stake thence North
two chains and twenty nine links to a Stake thence west parallell with
section line eighteen chains to a Stake & thence South two chains and
twenty nine links to point of beginning and containing five (5) acres
of land more or less situate in said Section Thirty two of Township & Range
aforesaid in the county of Alachua and State of Florida. To Have and To
Hold the said parcel of land together with all and singular the houses buildings
improvements and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto the said party of the second part his heirs executors or administrators and
assigns in fee simple forever And the said party of the first part for himself
his heirs Executors and administrators covenants and agrees with the said party
of the second part his heirs executors or Administrators and assigns that he is seized
in fee of the premises aforesaid that they are free from all encumbrances that he
has good right to sell and convey the same to the said party of the second
part and that he will and his heirs Executors & Administrators shall warrant
and defend the Titles to the same against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons In testimony whereof the said party of the first part has
hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal on the day & the year first

                    Be it remembered that on this Twentieth day of March
in the year eighteen hundred and Eighty two personally appeared before
me a Notary Public in for the District aforesaid duly authorized by the
Executive authority of the United States to execute and fulfill the duties of
that office according to law to take within the District of Columbia
proof and acknowledgments of deeds etc John H. Evins to me well known
to be the person who executed the foregoing (and annexed) deed by
sealed and Subscribed; and the said John H. Evins acknowledged the
execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and purposes
