Martha L. Finger To Eben V. Fogg
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the Seventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty two between Mrs Martha L. Finger in her own separate right and
her husband D.M. Finger who Joins in conveying of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the first part and Eben V. Fogg of State and County aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Four Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the party of the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell alien remise convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot or parcel of Land
situate and lying in the County of Alachua State of Florida and known and
described as follows Commencing at the North West corner of the North East quarter
(NE1/4 of he South West quarter (SW1/4) of Section Twenty three (Sec 23) Township
Eight (8) Range Twenty one East (R21 E) Thence running East one hundred and
fifty feet (150ft) thence South Six hundred and Sixty (660ft) thence west
one hundred and fifty feet (150ft) thence North six hundred and sixty
feet (600ft) to the place of beginning containing Two acres more or less
the same being a fractional party of the North East quarter of the South
West quarter of Section Twenty Three Township Eight Range Twenty one East
Together with all and Singular the lands tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest separate right property
possession claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the same and every part and parcel
thereof with the appurtenances: To Have and To Hold the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns to his own proper use benefit and
behoof forever. And the said Martha L. Finger and D.M. Finger for their heirs
executors and administrators doth covenant grant and agree to and with the
said party of the second part his heirs and assign that the said Martha L.
Finger at the time of the sealing and delivery of these presents is lawfully seized
in the above premises by deed of a good absolute and indefeasible estate of
inheritance in fee simple of and in all and singular the above granted bargained
and described premises with the appurtenances and have good rightful
power and lawful authority to grant bargain sell and convey the same
in manner and form aforesaid And that the said party of the 
second part his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the 
above granted premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation eviction or
