conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her
right of Dower and ownership in and to the land in said deed described and that
said ^granting selling and convey^ relinquishment and renunciation of Dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I H.J. Bailey of
Alachua County   } the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of Two hundred & ten dollars to me in hand paid by E.J. Marchmont
& Willie George, Charley Josiah & Frank Henry Allen of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said E.J. Marchmont as trustee for
Willie George, Charley Josiah & Frank Henry Allen all of that certain lot
piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: lying in the NW1/4 of section Thirty Two (32) Township
Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) East Commencing at a Stake two hundred
