that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The W1/2 of SW1/4 of Section 18 containing 80 acres S1/2 of NE1/4, SE1/4
and E1/2 of SW1/4 and the SE1/4 of NW1/4 of Section 19, Containing 360 acres, SW1/4
of SE1/4 & SE1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 17 containing 80 acres: SE1/4 of NW1/4 & SW1/4 of
NE1/4 of section 20 containing 80 acres: E1/2 & Lots Number (1) One and (4) four
of section 30 containing 480 acres N1/2 of NE1/4 of Section 31 containing Eighty 
acres and NW1/4 of NW1/4 of section 29 containing 40 acres all of said
lands lying & being in Township 8 South of Range 18 East. Containing by
estimation 1200 acres of land more or less Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in anywise appertaining. To Have and hold the same unto him the said
G.D. Younglove and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple and absolute and we the said Elizabeth Varnadore & L.
Varnadore her husband do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
G.D. Younglove that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed; and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same; that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heir
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto
him the said G.D. Younglove and to his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In
Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
Seals on this Sixth day of April AD 1882

Alachua County   } me personally appeared Mrs Elizabeth Varnadore wife of
L. Varnadore the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being first duly
questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her said husband says
and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance
for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
or Title in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of ^Title^ was done and made by her freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband ^and that the same is her separate estate and
property^
