    Robt B. Weeks and wife To Wm Henry Sanders
                         "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Robt B. Weeks
Alachua County   } and my wife Martha J.M. Weeks of the aforesaid County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to
us in hand paid by Wm Henry Sanders of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said Wm Henry Sanders all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and being
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: Commencing at the South East corner of the
South West quarter of the South West quarter thence North 8.90 chains
to the South East corner for place of Beginning, thence North 3.00 chs -
thence West 3.00 chs, thence South 3.00 chs - thence East 3.00 back to
place of beginning containing by estimation 90/100 acres of land more or
less. Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and Hold the same unto the said Wm Henry Sanders and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple and
absolute and we the said Robt B. Weeks and Martha J. Weeks do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Wm Henry Sanders
that we are lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell and convey 
the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that we will and our heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
Wm Henry Sanders and to his heirs executors administrators and 
assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same.

on this 4th day of April AD 1882
