being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart from her
said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did sign the said
deed of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquishing and renouncing
all of her right of Dower in and to the land in said deed described and that said
relinquishment and renunciation of dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or
from her said husband.

        William M. Sherouse To Horace Tarbox
                          "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that we William M.
Marion County    } Sherouse and Nancy Sherouse his wife of the County of Marion
in the State of Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars to us cash in hand paid by Horace Tarbox of Alachua County
Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold delivered and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
alien and convey unto him the said Horace Tarbox the following described
land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida more particularly described and known and designated as follows
to wit: Fractional section (14) Fourteen in Township Twelve (12) South of
Range Twenty two (22) East containing One Hundred acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining = To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Horace Tarbox and to his heirs executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever. And we the said William M. Sherouse
and Nancy Sherouse his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Horace Tarbox that we are lawfully seized in fee of the
property herein and hereby conveyed that we have good lawful and perfect
right to sell and convey the same that the same is free and clear of
all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we will and our heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same to him the said Horace Tarbox and to his heirs and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
