aforesaid give grant bargain sell and convey unto Samuel V. Gaskins all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying & being in said State & County
and known and described as the North East quarter of the North East
quarter of section nine Township Ten (10) South of Range 22 East.
To have and to Hold all and singular the above mentioned and described
premises together with the appurtenances unto the said Samuel V. Gaskins
his heirs Executors or Administrators I have hereunto set my hand & seal

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I M.F.
Alachua County   } Miller - Bachelor of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars to me in hand paid by N.D.
Phillips of the County of Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt
whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto
him the said N.D. Phillips all of that certain lot piece tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows to wit: Begin
at a Stake Thirty feet East of the center of the Transit Rail Road track
on the line running East and West through the center of the North
West Quarter of section Thirty Four in Township Nine South of Range
Twenty East and running from said Stake East thirteen chains to a
stake thence West Eighteen chains and Forty Six links to a Stake
located Thirty feet East of the centre of the Transit Rail road track
thence in a Northeasterly direction along a line parallel to and
Thirty feet from the centre of the Rail Road Track to the point
of beginning being a part of Section 34 in Township 9 South of
Range 20 East containing by estimation 13 21/100 acres of land more
or less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and Hold the same unto him the said N.D. Phillips and to
his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
