or in anywise appertaining. To Have and to Hold the same unto him the
said John E. Lambeth and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple absolute forever. And I the said O.B. Bailey do hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said John E. Lambeth that I am
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and 
that I have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that
I will and my heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto him the said John E. Lambeth and

 State of New York } This Indenture made this thirteenth day of March
County of Tioga    } in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and eighty two between Harper Howland and Rosette M. Howland his
wife parties of the first part of Newark Valley Tioga County and State of
New York and John B. McCollum of Micanopy Alachua County
