Alice H. and George Y. Center To C.W. Keep and Mrs Mary Jane Sampson
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into this the 14th day of March AD 1882
between Alice H. Center and George Y. Center parties of the first
part and C.W. Keep and Mrs Mary Jane Sampson parties of the
second part Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirteen hundred dollars to them
paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey to the parties of the second part all that certain tract
or parcel of lying & situate in the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida and known and described as that part of section Thirty one (31)
in Township eleven of Range Twenty one (21) South & East commencing at the
South East corner of the land of Ebenezer D. Barnett running thence North
26 chains 83 30/100 links to a Stake thence West 7 chains 46 links to a
live oak post thence West 19 chains & 37 links to a live oak post
at a small pond, thence south twenty six chains & 83 links to a
live oak ^post^ near a branch thence ^East^ 19 chains & 37 links to a live
oak post thence East 7 chains & 47 links to the point of beginning. From
the land herein described and bounded is to be cut off and separated
on its Eastern side the twenty acres conveyed by the said parties of the
first to the said Ebenezer D. Barnett by their deed dated May 31st 1881
and recorded in the record of deeds book "M" in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Alachua County Florida the said 20 acres so conveyed 
to the said Barnett being described in said deed to him as follows "All that
"certain piece tract or parcel of land situated being and lying in the
"County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known & described
"as follows, to wit. Starting from the SW corner of Section thirty one (31) Township
"eleven (11) Range Twenty one (21) thence East along the southern boundary line
"of said Section fifty four chains & one half (54 1/2) thence North forty
"chains & four links, that being the NE corner & starting point of the tract
