Anderson J. Collins and Charles A. Colclough merchants partners
doing business under the firm name of Collins and Colclough
of Gainesville Alachua County Florida are indebted to divers
persons and unable to pay the several amounts of their claims
in full and desire to convey our property consisting of our
Stock of Merchandise and store fixtures for the benefit of our
creditors and that in consideration of the premises and of Five
Dollars to us paid by E.C.F. Sanchez we do by these presents grant
bargain sell transfer and set over unto E.C.F. Sanchez all of
