unto all whom it may concern that Sarah E. Sparkman to me
well known as the wife of P.W.W. Sparkman and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance did this
day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband acknowledge
and declare that she made herself a party to and executed the
same for the purpose of Relinquishing all of her Dower and right
of Dower in and to the lands in said conveyance described and
granted and that she executed the same freely and voluntarily
and without any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion from
her said husband the said P.W.W. Sparkman.

    Mary E. and W.T. Cheves To Brainerd Mitchell
                          Deed
 State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that Mary E.
 Alachua County   } Cheves and W.T. Cheves her husband of the aforesaid
County and State for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by Brainerd Mitchell of the County of Alachua in
the State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said Brainerd Mitchell all of that certain
lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known and described as
follows to wit: a part or parcel of the South East quarter of the North
West quarter of section Twenty three (23) Township Eight (8) Range Twenty
one (21) East commencing in the South line of said quarter Section
at the center of the Rail Road thence running East on said South
line Six hundred and thirty nine (639) feet to a Stake thence North
thirty degrees west four hundred and eleven (411) feet to center
of Rail Road thence along line of Railroad Southerly four hundred
