in consideration of the sum of Five dollars to us cash in hand paid have
granted bargained and sold unto William A. Thompson all of our right title interest 
and claim as heirs at Law or otherwise of Stephen M. Thompson late of Alachua
County Florida deceased in and to the following described piece or parcel of land
to wit: Lying being and situated in Alachua County State of Florida and
known and particularly described as follows to wit: The South East
Quarter of the South East Quarter of the South West Quarter of section Twenty
nine (29) Township Nine (9) Range Twenty (20) S&E containing Ten (10) acres
more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have
and to hold the same unto him the said William H. Thompson his heirs and
assigns in fee simple absolute and we the said Caroline Thompson
Missouri Pardee and F.A. Pardee her husband Mary F. Perry and G.W. Perry
her husband and Malissia T. Thompson heirs at Law as aforesaid do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William H. Thompson
that we will and our heirs executors administrators and assigns shall
warrant and defend the title which we have and the distribution share
which each of us are entitled to in the estate of said Stephen M. Thompson
deceased. In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed
