Franklin G. Bauknight To David S. Critchley
                        "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Franklin G.
Alachua County   } Bauknight of the aforesaid County and State for and
in consideration of the sum of One hundred & Twenty five dollars to
me in hand paid by David S. Critchley of Cleveland in the County
of Cuyahoga in the State of Ohio the receipt whereof I do hereby
acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said David S. Critchley
all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying and
being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: The North West Quarter of the South West
Quarter of Section Twenty one Township Eleven (11) South of Range Eighteen
(18) East containing Fourty acres of land more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To Have and
Hold the same unto the said David S. Critchley and to his heirs
and I the said Franklin G. Bauknight do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said David S. Critchley that I am lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed and that
we have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same
that the same is free from all encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and adminis=
trators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto the said David S. Critchley and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claiming or
hereafter to claim the same In Witness Whereof we have
hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal on this - day of -

State of Florida } I hereby certify that on this - day - AD 188- before
Alachua County   } me personally appeared Mrs Alice J. Bauknight
wife of Frank J. Bauknight the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before 
me that she did sign the said deed of conveyance for the purpose 
of releasing relinquishing and announcing all of her right of Dower
in and to the land in said deed described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her freely and
voluntarily and with any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of
or from her said husband
