   Franklin G. Bauknight To Charles C. Drake
                       "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these Present that I Franklin G. Bauknight
Alachua County   } of the aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of
the sum of one Hundred Twenty five dollars to me in hand paid by Charles C.
Drake of Painesville of the County of Lake in the State of Ohio the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
Charles C. Drake all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: The North East Quarter of the
South East Quarter of Section Twenty (20) Township Eleven (11) South
of Range Eighteen (18) East containing by estimation Fourty acres of
land more or less. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining To Have and Hold the same unto the said Charles C.
Drake and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in
fee simple and absolute And I the said Franklin G. Bauknight do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Charles G. Drake
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed and that we have good and lawful right to sell and
convey the same; that the same is free from all encumbrances of any
kind whatsoever and that I will and my heirs executors and
administrators shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto the said Charles C. Drake and to his heirs executors administrators 
and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any and all
persons whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness
Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and affixed our seal on this
