proceeds of said lot and for ourselves and our said four (4) children
hereby forever acquit the said Burt C. Drake as executor of said last
of Isabel H. Hopwood decd or otherwise from any further liability or
obligation to account to us or to our said four (4) children for said
bequest in said last will and testament. In Witness Whereof we here

this 11" day of August AD 1881 before me in person appeared William
A. Hopwood and his wife Susan R. Hopwood each of them to me
personally known to be the persons who executed the foregoing instrument
of writing and whos names in their own hand-writing are signed to said
instrument each of whom did duly and severally say and acknowledge
that they and each of them did sign seal execute and deliver the said
instrument of writing for the uses and purposes therein contained and
expressed and that the same is their and each of their free and voluntary
act and deed and the said Susan R. Hopwood wife of the said
William A. Hopwood being first duly questioned and examined by me separate
and apart from her said husband did say and acknowledge before
me on such private and separate examination that she executed
signed sealed and delivered the said instrument of writing freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the Sixth day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty Two Between William H. Sanders
of Alachua County and State of Florida and I.S. Sanders wife of the
first part and Jacob Weller of the City of Cincinatti State of Ohio and
J.P. Weller of the City of Wilkes-Barre State of Pennsylvania of the second
part: Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars lawful money of the Untied States of
America to him in hand paid by the said parties of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised
