a party to and executed the same for the purpose of Relinquishing and
renouncing all her dower and right of dower in and to the lands in said
conveyance described and granted and that she executed said deed freely

State of Florida  } These Indentures made this the Twenty Fourth
County of Alachua } day of January 1860 between Thomas C. Kittles
of the State and County aforesaid of the first part and Sarah M.
Templeton of the State and County aforesaid of the second part
witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars to him in
