is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold and
transferred and do hereby grant bargain sell and transfer to the
to the said Sarah M. Templeton her heirs and assigns forever a
sertain tract of Land situated in the State and County
aforesaid known as lot number twelve of fractional section

East containing fifty six acres also Lot number ten containing
thirty nine acres in the same township and Raing of the
first mentioned tract to have and to hold to the said Sarah
M. Templeton her heirs and assigns forever with the rights
and appurtenances thereto belonging and the said party
of the first the said Land above described unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns will
forever warrant and defend against all and every person
