     Mary R. Morrison and Husband To J.P. Weller & Nancy J. Quarles
                            "Deed"
State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Mary R. Morrison and
Alachua County   } my husband Hugh A. Morison of the aforesaid County and State for
and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred dollars to us in hand paid by James P.
Weller City of Wilkes Barre Penn and Nancy J. Quarles of the County of Mc
Cracker in the State of Ky, the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said James P. Weller and Nancy J.
Quarles all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: North East quarter
of the North West quarter of Section Twenty six Township Ten South of
Range Twenty two containing by estimation forty acres of land more or
less Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain=
ing To Have and Hold the same unto the James P. Weller and
Nancy J. Quarles and to their heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple and absolute and we the said Mary R. Morrison
and Hugh A. Morrison do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said James P. Weller and Nancy J. Quarles that we are lawfully
Seized in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed; and that we
have good and lawful right to sell and convey the same; that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto the said James P. Weller and Nancy
J. Quarles and to their heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In Witness Whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this 16 day of February
AD 1882
